It may be that the welding parameters are improperly selected, due to the gas composition, or the wire extension length is too long. The welding parameters can be changed by appropriately adjusting the power of the machine, the proportion of the mixed gas can be adjusted by adjusting the gas proportioning instrument, and the relative position between the welding gun and the workpiece can be adjusted.
