1.3 The shaft welding robot workstation is a special equipment developed specifically for the shaft welding of universal circuit breakers in the low-voltage electrical appliance industry. A set of special shaft welding robot workstations has been launched.
The shaft welding robot workstation consists of an arc welding robot, a welding power source, a wire feeding mechanism for the welding torch, a rotary double-station positioner, tooling fixtures, and a control system. This workstation is used for the welding of various workpieces with the shaft as the base (with several cantilevers on it). By using different fixtures in the same workstation, automatic welding of multi-variety shafts can be achieved. The relative position accuracy of welding is very high. Since a double-station positioner is adopted, while welding, workpieces can be disassembled and assembled at other stations, which greatly improves the efficiency.
Technical indicators: Shaft diameter: Ф10 - 50mm, length 300 - 900mm, welding speed 3 - 5mm/s. The welding process uses MAG mixed gas shielded welding. The positioner rotates, and the positioning accuracy reaches 0.05mm.
It is widely used in the welding of various workpieces with shafts of high quality and high precision, and is suitable for industries such as power, electrical, machinery, and automotive. If manual arc welding is used for shaft welding, the labor intensity of workers is extremely high, the consistency of products is poor, and the production efficiency is low, only 2 - 3 pieces per hour. After using the automatic welding workstation, the output can reach 15 - 20 pieces per hour, and the welding quality and product consistency are also greatly improved.

1.4 Robot stud welding workstation
The robot stud welding workstation uses a robot to weld studs of different specifications onto workpieces for complex parts. This workstation is mainly composed of a robot, a stud welding power source, an automatic nail feeder, an automatic stud welding gun for the robot, a positioner, tooling fixtures, an automatic gun changing device, automatic detection software, a control system, and a safety fence. The studs are sent to the robot's automatic welding gun through the automatic nail feeder. By programming the path taught by the robot on the workpiece, studs of different specifications are welded onto the workpiece. Energy storage welding or arc welding can be used to firmly weld the studs onto the workpiece to ensure welding accuracy and welding strength. The welding efficiency is about 3 - 10 pieces per minute. Stud specifications: diameter 3 - 8mm, length: 5 - 40mm.
